Community Workers

GRAVIS is constantly looking to hire committed and qualified people to become Community Workers. These team members will be responsible for implementing and supervising integrated development projects, with a focus on livelihoods, health, and education at the field level. Applicants must have a strong academic background. Experience in the development sector is welcome but not mandatory. Qualified women and people with disabilities will be given priority. Salary and other benefits are negotiable depending on qualification and experience. The selected candidates will be provided ample opportunities for capacity building and exposure.
