Field Facilitator

he Field Coordinator will play a key role in implementing community-level interventions as outlined in the project. The role involves community mobilisation, conducting prioritised home visits, ensuring quality of PLA meetings and supporting service delivery at the community level. The Field Coordinator will work closely with frontline workers (FLWs), community groups, and stakeholders to strengthen maternal and child health and nutrition outcomes.
