About the Role
Manage call center operations: Oversee daily activities and ensure smooth functioning.
Recruit and train telecallers: Hire, train, and supervise staff for effective communication and donor conversion.
Develop fundraising strategies: Create call scripts and strategies to boost donations.
Monitor performance: Track call quality, performance metrics, and revenue targets.
Maintain records: Keep accurate records of calls, donors, and pledges.
Coordinate with management: Align call campaigns with NGO goals.
Handle grievances: Address donor issues and maintain positive relationships.
Prepare reports: Provide performance and revenue reports for management.
Ensure compliance: Follow ethical fundraising practices and ensure compliance with protocols.
Qualifications Required
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in communications, sales, marketing, or NGO fundraising).
Experience: 3-5 years in managing telecalling or call center operations (NGO/fundraising experience preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office and call center software/CRM.
Target-driven: Ability to work under pressure and meet fundraising targets.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).
