Program Coordinator

The role involves implementing programs in schools and communities, engaging children, youth, and parents in activities. It includes supporting documentation by assisting with project planning, reports, and maintaining data. The person will organize meetings with stakeholders, plan and execute events, campaigns, and drives, and ensure quality standards for the programs. Additionally, they will coordinate donor visits with the District Program Coordinator (DPC), assist in training activities, and encourage interactive learning methods to increase participation. Regular reporting to the DPC on program and administrative matters is also a key responsibility.
