Program Lead-Haryana

The program lead will have responsibility for the complete performance and execution of the project. Tasks of the Program Lead includes liaisoning with the state governments and other organizations, conducting teacher training and meetings, collecting and making data based decisions, working with Rocket functional teams (content, media, tech, etc), conducting research, etc. The role is expected to manage a team of 10 direct reports and an overall team of around 40+ people across Haryana.
