Regularly check medicine expiration dates, vehicle registration, and insurance
Monitor ambulance usage logs, fuel usage, consent forms, and crew activity
Manage cleanliness and hygiene through EMTs and drivers
Schedule and ensure timely servicing of ambulances
Monitor tyre condition, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs
Develop and manage vendor relationships (fuel, maintenance)
Liaise with local authorities (DM, SSP, CMO, DPM) and community leaders
Submit TA/DA bills, petty cash expenses, and other financial records on time
Track and report attendance, leave, and HR-related documentat
