HR Executive

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exits. Oversee administrative operations such as attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance. Draft and implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure labour law adherence. Support the factory team in daily admin issues and assist the management with reports and updates.
