Operations Manager

Overseeing the Operations team: Responsible for NGO onboarding, NGO/Donor Support and renewals
NGO partnerships management to increase volumes from existing customers.
Identifying bottlenecks in current processes, strengthening the ops processes, efficiency, and ops compliance process.
Managing and building teams as necessary for replacement or growth, overseeing all operations activities.
Directly handling NGO communications, escalations and partnerships
Overall, bringing continuous process improvement and increasing efficiency in the process.
