School Coordinator

Looking for School Coordinator who can handle children from age group 4 to 10 years, Teachers and Parents.
Ensure that the curriculum is implemented effectively across all grades and subjects.
Review and monitor teachers’ lesson plans and teaching strategies.
Observe classroom teaching to maintain teaching standards and provide feedback.
Organize and oversee internal assessments, examinations, and result preparation.
Analyze student performance data and coordinate remedial measures where needed.
Prepare and manage class timetables, substitution plans, and exam schedules.
Act as a link between management, staff, students, and parents.
Maintain academic and administrative records of staff and students.
Ensure adherence to school policies and educational board norm
